Ihre Aufgaben
Projektplanung:
  • Erstellen von und Mitarbeit bei Lasten- und Pflichtenheften nach PLM-Prozess
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften (z. B. Cyber Security, Umweltschutz, Produktsicherheit) und relevanter Normen
  • Erstellen von Projektbudgets und Projektzeitplänen gemäß PLM-Prozess
  • Definition der Projektorganisation
  • Klärung der Patentsituation
 
Projektsteuerung:
  • Leitung, Planung und Vorbereitung von Projektmeetings in Agilen- und Wasserfallstrukturen zusammen mit dem Team (Phasenmeetings)
  • Meilensteinplanung (Strukturierung, Aufwandsschätzung, Termine), (interne/externe) Koordinierungstermine, (interne/externe) Kommunikation zwischen verschiedenen Unternehmensabteilungen
  • Identifizieren von Engpässen und Einleiten von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Führen des Projektteams:
    1. Festlegen und Abstimmen der Projektaufgaben
    2. Einsetzen der Mitarbeiter, Prüfen und Besprechen der Arbeitsergebnisse
    3. Unterstützen der Mitarbeiter bei der Verbesserung der Arbeitsprozesse
  • Vergabe interner/externer Unteraufträge für Entwicklungsleistungen (in Absprache mit den Entwicklungs- und Einkaufsleitern)
  • Nachweis der Qualität und Konformität (z. B. Penetrationstest und statische Codeanalyse), sodass die oben genannten Vorschriften und Standards eingehalten werden (Produkthaftung)
 
Projektcontrolling:
  • Kalkulieren und Verfolgen der Betriebs und Entwicklungskosten 
  • Verfolgen der Leistungen und Termine 
  • Erfassen des Projektstandes und Überwachen des Projektablaufs bei Abweichungen, einleiten von Korrekturmaßnahmen 
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung wirtschaftlicher Ziele und technischer Vorgaben
  • Erstellen von Management-Reportings
  • Qualitätssicherung des Projekts
  • Risikomanagement und Änderungsmanagement
Ihr Profil
  • Erfahrung in Embedded-Software-Projekten gewünscht
  • Fachwissen im Bereich Elektrotechnik / Elektronik
  • Kenntnisse in der Leitung von Software- und Cloud-Projekten und im Projektmanagement
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte, selbstständige und transparente Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken 
  • Effektives Zeit- und Projektmanagement
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Sozial- und Führungskompetenz

About us

Your tasks
Planning of projects:
  • Create and control specifications according to the PLM-Process (development specification)
  • Complying with legal regulations (e.g. cyber security, environmental protection, product safety, responsibility for instruction) and relevant standards
  • Developing of project budgets and timetables according to PLM-Process
  • Defining the project organization
  • Clarifying the patent situation
 
Project management:
  • Leading, planning and preparing of project meetings in agile and waterfall structures with the team (phase meetings)
  • Milestone planning (structuring, estimation of expenditure, deadlines), (internal/external) coordinate dates, (internal/external) communication between different company departments
  • Identify different difficulties in the project and start solving measures
  • Leading of project teams:
    1. establish and coordinate the project tasks
    2. Coordinate your project team and control the working progress (current project progress)
    3. Support your project team by improving the working progress/processes
  • Issuing internal/external sub-orders for development services (in agreement with the heads of development and purchasing)
  • Providing evidence of quality and conformity (e.g. penetration test and static code analysis) that the above regulations and standards are being adhered to (product liability)
 
Project controlling:
  • Calculate and control the operational and research costs
  • Pursue performance and dates of project (internal/external)
  • Tracking of project and controlling of project process (target-performance comparison), corrective action
  • Make sure that economical and technical targets are reached
  • Risk management and change management
  • Create Management reports (handling project problems, escalation)
  • Quality assurance of the project
Your profile
  • Experience in Embedded Software Projects advantageous
  • Knowledge in electronic and technique of electronics
  • Knowledge in leading Software and Cloud projects and project management
  • Ability of writing and speaking in English (ideal with German language knowledge)
  • Structured, target orientated, independent and transparent working method
  • Good distinctive analytic thinking
  • Effective time and project management
  • High performance and flexibility
  • Safe and secure behavior, good understandable communication ability
